Approach
PROCES is treating any activity that is executed for clients as a project.
At the start there may be some time-consumption on defining the outlines of the project.
As soon as this is done, the project definition is written down.
The client receives a description of:
present situation
desired situation
how to get there
what actions are needed
The actions are well defined, so there can be no misunderstanding between client and PROCES.
