Digester design
With a bloc scheme of a basic digester and the goals of a client a final design of the desired digester can be completed.
In the design will be questionmarks that are to be solved.
Solving questionmarks is what PROCES-Groningen is doing.
In 1997 the PROCES digester KV01 was built.
This was done by Andre Woltjer and it consisted of a 2,5 liter glass container.
Andre managed to keep it alive for almost 2 weeks.
This was the challenge to build a digester that would last longer.
