Mission statement
Our mission statement
To provide the client (in a format that he/she can comprehend) with an analysis of the problem, of its solution, or, of the pathways that might lead to its solution; all within a realistic time-frame and a transparent regime of costs.
Once the problem is clear the solving is near
In our experience the first step to a successful outcome is to work with the client in formulating the questions they should be asking: time spent at the start on problem analysis and tasking clarification is usually time well spent and avoids misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises at more advanced stages of a project.
Continuity of contact
Although we mix and match our project teams to suit the technical requirements of a project each client is assigned a designated employee who stewards the project from beginning to end thereby ensuring the client has one point of contact irrespective of the different team members who may become involved over the lifetime of a project.
Stakeholder participation
Even when a client is not familiar with the science or technology behind their project we believe that it is important for them to feel they are fully involved and that the research process is not out of their control. We therefore provide regular updates in a format and at intervals agreed with the client (e.g. face-to-face and/or telephone briefing; email memoranda; formal written reports). Furthermore during laboratory work, the client has the option of being provided with webcam access so they can monitor the progress of their experiments.
